Monitoring
We previously identified a service degradation affecting multiple Imperva services, including the Security Events dashboard, SIEM data visibility, configuration changes, and functionality within the Imperva documentation portal (search and navigation). This issue was traced to an upstream third-party service provider.
We can now confirm that the third-party provider has implemented a fix, and all affected services have returned to normal operation.

Investigating
We have discovered a potential service degradation, affecting multiple services within Imperva. The Security Events dashboard and SIEM are not displaying the latest data, configuration changes are also not being applied. We have also detected issues with navigation and search within the Imperva docs portal. This is connected to an upstream 3rd party service provider issue. Technical teams are investigating. Further updates to follow.
