The incident has been resolved and normal service levels have been restored for the Connection Connectivity Dashboard.

Monitoring

Technical teams have performed remedial actions and the Connection Connectivity Dashboard is returning to normal service levels. Technical teams will continue monitoring the system. Further updates to follow.

Identified

We have identified the source of the service degradation that is causing the Connection Connectivity Dashboard to display incorrect statues. Technical teams are working on a mitigation. Please note that this is only a reporting problem, and there is no impact to tunnel protection — all BGP tunnels remain fully protected and operational.

Investigating

We would like to inform you that the Connection Connectivity Dashboard is currently not displaying the correct status. Email notifications may have been sent indicating that a tunnel is down.  Our team is actively working to resolve the display issue.
Please note that this is only a reporting problem, and there is no impact to tunnel protection — all BGP tunnels remain fully protected and operational.

We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved.
